Clearlake Soap Box Derby Schedule

Registration and Pre-Race Schedule

• September 9th - Registration Opens

• October 9th - Registration Closes (5pm)

  • Registration price jumps from $25 to $45 after this date, but you’re still welcome to register!

• October 9th - Deadline for Sponsor Applications

• October 14th - Soap Box Derby Race Day

Race Day Schedule

• 7:30 am - 9:00 am - Check-in and inspections for all racers. Day-of registration opens as well.

• 9:05 am - Opening Ceremonies

• ~9:30 am - Races for the Little Turtles (ages 7-12) including Vehicle Inspection

• ~10:00 am - Races for the Turbo Teens (ages 13-17) including Vehicle Inspection

• ~11:00 am- Races for the Awesome Adults (18 and over) including Vehicle Inspection

• Closing ceremonies, with art and speed trophy presentations
